We know that finding time to train as a mum isn’t always easy — and that’s exactly why we’ve created the Joy crèche.
Our crèche runs alongside selected classes, giving you the space to focus on yourself, knowing your little one is being looked after just a few steps away.
A calm, caring environment.
The crèche is a relaxed, welcoming space designed to help your child feel settled and safe. Whether they’re playing, resting or simply taking in a new environment, our aim is to create a positive first experience of being cared for outside of your arms.
Our team are experienced, nurturing nannies who understand that every child is different — some will dive straight into play, others might take a little longer to warm up. Both are completely okay.
How it works.
The crèche runs alongside specific classes on the timetable
Suitable for babies and young children under five
You remain on-site at all times during your session
Sessions are kept small to ensure each child gets plenty of attention, with a ratio of 1:3
We recommend arriving a few minutes early to help your child settle in before your class begins.
What to bring.
Please bring anything your child might need to feel comfortable, such as:
A favourite toy or comforter
A bottle or milk if needed
For safety reasons, we ask that no snacks containing allergens are brought into the crèche.
Important information.
Parents or guardians must remain on-site at all times
Our nannies are not able to change nappies — you’ll be called if needed
If your child is unwell, we kindly ask that you keep them at home
Time for you.
The crèche is here to remove one of the biggest barriers to training — childcare — so that you can show up, move your body and take a moment for yourself.
Because looking after yourself isn’t a luxury — it’s essential.
Booking & pricing.
Our crèche currently runs on Wednesday and Friday mornings. More sessions will be added as demand grows.
You can book the crèche in a way that works for you:
£10 per session for ad-hoc bookings
5-session and 10-session packs available at a discounted rate
Crèche spaces are limited, so we recommend booking in advance where possible.
