The Joy crèche

Finding time to train with a baby or toddler isn’t easy. Our on-site crèche runs alongside selected classes, so you can train knowing your little one is being looked after a few steps away by experienced, DBS-checked nannies.

• For babies and children under five

• Maximum of three children per nanny

• You stay on-site throughout, and can pop out to feed or settle your child at any time

• Runs Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays at 9am, with more sessions added as demand grows

Before you come

Bring anything that helps your child settle: a favourite toy, comforter, bottle or milk (no nuts, please). Arrive a few minutes early so they can settle before your class starts. Our nannies don’t change nappies, so we’ll come and get you if needed. Please keep your child at home if they’re unwell.

Babies and children in class

Babies who aren’t crawling yet are welcome in class with you. We have bouncers and bumbos so they can settle while you train. Once your baby is crawling, please book them into the crèche instead.

Older children are welcome too, which is handy in the school holidays, as long as they can entertain themselves quietly and stay off the equipment.

Whenever your child is in class with you rather than in the crèche, they’re your responsibility. That way you can concentrate on training and our coaches can concentrate on coaching.

Time for you

Childcare is one of the biggest reasons mums don’t train. The crèche is there so that isn’t a barrier, and you can keep showing up.
