Alongside our strength training, we offer Power and Mobility classes designed to support how you move, feel, and perform — both inside and outside the gym.

Power.

Our Power classes are short, high-energy sessions focused on:

  • Explosive movement

  • Coordination and agility

  • Cardio and work capacity

You’ll move with intent, working in short bursts with plenty of rest, so you can stay fast, sharp and in control.

These sessions are designed to:

  • improve overall fitness

  • support your strength training

  • build confidence in how your body moves

Mobility & Restore.

Our Mobility classes focus on helping you move better, recover well, and stay pain-free.

These are not just stretching classes. Each session combines:

  • mobility work to improve range of motion

  • stability and strength exercises to support your joints

  • rehab-style movements to address common weaknesses

We focus particularly on areas many people struggle with, including:

  • hips and lower back

  • shoulders and upper back

  • core stability and posture
