Coaching-led training
Every session is coached. You’ll receive guidance on technique, weight selection and progressions so you can train safely and effectively.
Small groups
Our Small Group Personal Training sessions are deliberately limited in size so that coaching can remain personal and supportive.
Structured programming
Our training follows a progressive strength programme built around the four key movement patterns — hinge, squat, push and pull — helping you build strength consistently over time.
A women-focused space
Joy has been designed specifically for women, with an emphasis on strength, confidence and long-term health.
A supportive community
We believe strength training should feel encouraging and empowering. Joy is a place where women support each other and celebrate progress together.

SGPT sessions and classes can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 6 hours before the session.
1-to-1 personal training and crèche sessions require 24 hours' notice.

-
That’s absolutely fine.
Our SGPT programme rotates through four key movement patterns — hinge, squat, push and pull — across the month. This means even if you attend on the same day each week, you’ll still experience the full programme over time.
-
Rather than offering a single trial session, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on memberships.
We believe it takes more than one session to properly experience the benefits of structured strength training, so this allows you to attend several sessions and get a real feel for the programme.
If within the first 14 days you decide Joy isn’t the right fit for you, simply let us know and we will provide a full refund.
